I am 43 and have been on my own fitness journey for 28 years. At age 37, I started to notice gaps in my training. My body was fighting me- tired, unmotivated and overworked. I was so confused and frustrated with these feelings, I immediately implemented changes and created The Unlabeled Method.

I have been coaching women with my unique method for over 7 years. Watching them break plateaus, rebuild strength and redefine their confidence has me inspired to share this unique method with the world.

How does the Strong Body Crew membership work?

When you join Strong Body Crew, you'll receive access to live training sessions and a library of pre-recorded workouts.

Your membership runs on a monthly subscription, and you'll continue to have access to the workouts and community as long as your membership is active.

Before accessing the workouts, members are required to sign a standard fitness waiver acknowledging responsibility for exercising safely.

Are there refunds?

Because members receive immediate access to the training content, there are no kinds of refunds.
