Hi, I'm Sarah 👋

I'm 43, and I've spent 28 years on my fitness journey.

When I turned 37, I began noticing something important : I was starting to feel board with my training.

Some days my head was in it but my body wasn't. Other days my body was in it but my head wasn't. It felt like my fit, healthy body was fighting me.

I spoke with my best friend, who felt the same. We both assumed it was our age and this is "normal".

I even checked with ChatGPT which confirmed these feelings are common for women as they age and recommended I speak to a doctor -- so I did.

Turns out my age was an issue, but for the reasons I thought.

I knew age would play a role eventually, but I refused to give it full control. I was determined to win this battle and did what many fit women would do... I pushed harder.

Friends & clients started telling me I looked exhausted & stressed, which was the nice way of saying I looked like sh&t!

Clearly that strategy was working and I desperately needed to make some changes.

Then, one Friday while coaching, one of my dearest clients gave me a book that changed everything: Next Level by Dr. Stacey Sims.

Within 2 chapters something clicked- I was training against my age, not with it. Age was only a fraction of the issue.

That's when I made a shift. I stopped looking at my age as a limitation and started viewing it as my greatest strength.

I realized I am way stronger and in better shape then I had been in my 20's, but my body was no longer recovering the same way.

If I wanted to keep training hard and continue to build a body that lasts, I needed to prioritize rest and recovery.

With the right recovery strategies and smart programming I began seeing real results again. After six years of applying this approach, I can confidently say it works. You can build muscle, increase strength and feel sexy in your 40's- you just need the right structure.

That's why I created The Unlabelled Method - a unique blend of bodybuilding techniques to teach proper form and body mechanics.

Joga which is a type of yoga specific to athletes that helps improve mobility and movement patterns and structured rest so proper recovery can happen.

How does the Strong Body Crew membership work?

When you join Strong Body Crew, you'll receive access to live training sessions and a library of pre-recorded workouts.

Your membership runs on a monthly subscription, and you'll continue to have access to the workouts and community as long as your membership is active.

Before accessing the workouts, members are required to sign a standard fitness waiver acknowledging responsibility for exercising safely.

Are there refunds?

Because members receive immediate access to the training content, there are no kinds of refunds.
